Job performance data
Some simple pre and post programme data gathering can provide compelling evidence for proving the value of a learning intervention. However, in leadership, it is often difficult to separate parts of the individual’s job out so that they can be closely examined. So, for example, you can’t measure ‘productivity’ because that has many different facets but you can try the following techniques:
• Asking leaders to rate themselves pre and post-programme using a rating scale
